About 5 years ago we decided to take a summer off to travel…which turned into 6 months…which if you’re already taking 6 months why not a year? So here we are today, taking a year off to travel around the world!
How does one even do that? That must take so much planning! How much does a trip around the world cost? What if you get sick?
We have been asked so many questions by friends and loved ones over the months and years leading up to this adventure. We created this blog as a way to answer those questions and as a travel journal to document our trip.
Disclaimer: we are not writers or content creators by profession so we ask for a bit of grace as we dip our toes into living a slightly more public life than we are used to. In other words, we have no idea what the hell we’re doing, but we’re gonna do it anyway!
